How do I log in to the Patient Portal?

Find out how to log into the patient portal.

Written by Gabby Adams

The Wawa Patient Portal gives you secure, convenient access to your fertility care information, including appointment details, treatment updates, and communication from your clinical team. There are two ways to log in, so you can choose whichever is most convenient for you.

Option 1: Log In via Email

Your clinic will send you an email containing a secure link to the patient portal. To log in this way:

  1. Locate the email from your clinic. It will be sent to the email address you provided during registration, so be sure to check that inbox (and your spam or junk folder, just in case).

  2. Click the link in the email. This will take you directly to the portal login page.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your login.

Option 2: Log In Directly Through the Portal

If you don't have or can't find the email from your clinic, you can log in directly from the URL:

  1. Save the portal link to your browser: https://patient.wawafertility.com

  2. Bookmarking this page makes it easy to return to the portal anytime.

  3. Enter the email address on file with your clinic.

  4. Check your inbox. You will receive an email with a secure link to open the portal.

  5. Click the link to log in.

A Note on Security

For your privacy and protection, the Wawa Patient Portal does not use traditional passwords. Instead, each login is verified through a unique, secure link sent to your registered email address. This means it's important to always use the email address on file with your clinic, and to keep that email account secure.

Need Help?

If you're having trouble accessing the portal, follow these steps to troubleshoot common login issues:

  1. Refresh the Page: If the login link does not work as expected, refresh the page and attempt the login process again.

  2. Check Your Email: Ensure you have received the secure login email. Look in your inbox and junk/spam folders.

  3. Request a New Link: If the link has expired, contact your clinic to request a new secure login link. Please note that product support cannot generate or resend secure login links; only your clinic can assist with this. If these steps do not resolve the issue, reach out to your clinic directly for further assistance.
