Booking an Appointment
From the patient's profile
Visit the patient's profile
Navigate to the Appointments tab
Click "+ Book appointment"
You will be directed to follow the below steps
Note: when booking from a patient's profile, the patient will automatically be selected, as would have otherwise been completed in step 2
From the calendar page
Click either on the calendar itself, or on the "+ New booking" button
Select the patient's name from the dropdown
Select the appointment type from the dropdown
Note: by selecting an appointment type, any configured actions from the appointment type settings will also be applied.
Select any relevant host(s)/room(s) from the dropdown
Input a time or select one from the availability selector
Click "Next"
Add any additional information or notes, then click "Confirm"
The appointment will appear on the calendar and the patient will receive a confirmation email
Editing an Appointment after it has been booked
Navigate to the appointment you would like to edit – either from the calendar page or from a patient's page
Click "Edit" in the lower right-hand side page of the appointment
Make any relevant edits
Click "Next"
Add any relevant notes
Click "Confirm"
