To sign a consent document through wawa:
Navigate to the relevant consent – there are two ways:
By clicking on the document from the home page
Visit the clinic tab → Documents → click on the document
Click "Sign consent"
From the consent overview, you will be able to see which party(s) still have outstanding signatures on the document
Want to sign the consent on a computer? Click "Complete on a computer" and a link to complete the document will be sent to your email address.
Read and complete all of the fields on the form, then click "Submit"
You will be able to see all of your completed documents for your records in the Documents section of the clinic tab.
