How to Access the Task Overview Page

From your main dashboard, navigate to “Task Overview” from the left-hand menu. Here you will see a summary of all tasks for your organization.

How to Use Assignee Views:

  • Reassign Tasks: You can now reassign tasks directly from the overview.

  • Assignee Display: Each task clearly shows the current assignee.

  • Filters: New filters allow you to sort or narrow down tasks by specific criteria, including assignee

Example of Filtering and Reassigning by Assignee

  1. Your colleague (e.g., “Lloyd”) is on vacation.

  2. Select Lloyd from the filter.

  3. All tasks currently assigned to Lloyd will appear in the list.

  4. You can reassign tasks if need be away from one team member:

    • Click on the assignee field beside the task.

    • Select a new team member from the dropdown list.

    • Confirm the reassignment.

Reviewing Task Details

The task overview page allows you to view some information about a task at first glance – click on the row in which the task is found to view more information if needed. Each of the below points can be edited by taking action on the task itself, for example reassigning a task or marking one as 'complete.'

  • Task titles and statuses (to check progress).

  • Due dates (to ensure tasks are completed on time).

  • Assignee names (to confirm responsibility).

  • Status (to confirm progress).

Sort, and Monitor Progress

  • Use sorting options (by due date, priority, or assignee) to organize the task list for quick review.

  • You can click complete to mark tasks complete right away
