You can opt-out of receiving daily email reminders of any outstanding items:
Navigate to your outstanding task email
Scroll to the bottom
Click "Manage notifications"
Unselect the checkbox "I want to receive daily reminders of my outstanding tasks in the wawa fertility app"
Click "Save"
