Configuring different rooms in wawa

Learn how to create rooms in your clinic directly on the platform

Setting up rooms in wawa allows you to indicate the location within the clinic on patient appointment bookings, as well as indicate the location of medication within your pharmacy inventory.

To set up and edit rooms on wawa:

  1. Navigate to your clinic settings

  2. Click the "Rooms" tab under the Calendar header

    • Click on the name of any existing rooms to edit them

    • Click "+ Add room" to create a new room

  3. Give the room a relevant name

  4. Click on the locations dropdown to assign the room to the relevant location(s)

    • After assigning a room to a location, the room will appear under the heading of that location in the dropdown when booking an appointment for ease in locating

  5. Click "Save"
