1. What is an Announcement?
An announcement is a pop-up that appears in the app and the patient web portal.
When you have an Announcement enabled, patients will see the pop-up every time they open the app while the Announcement is active.
2. Why are Announcements Useful?
Announcements are great for sharing important information with your patients, or information that affects your availability, for example: bank holidays, clinic closures, or changes to opening hours.
3. How do they Work?
Create and edit Announcements from the Announcements page in your clinic Settings.
