1. What are Patient Statuses?

A Patient Status describes the stage of the treatment journey with your clinic the patient is in. Patients at different stages of their journey can be assigned different statuses. Default statuses include "Lead," "In Treatment," "Not in Treatment," and "Archived."

2. Why are Patient Statuses useful?

Use statuses to get a quick overview of patients at different stages and to track patients through their journey.

3. How does it Work?

  • We provide a few statuses as default.

    • If you need custom statuses, please reach out, and we can help you.

  • When patients are booked via a booking page, they’ll automatically be assigned the status “Lead.”

  • If you want to edit a patient's treatment status manually, visit the "Patient information" tab of their patient profile, and find the "Status" dropdown.

    • Here you can manually choose among the treatment statuses available from your clinic settings.

  • You can filter the patient view by Statuses
