1. Your Clinic’s Billing Information
Ensure that your clinic’s billing information is properly configured for fast and accurate use of finance functionalities
2. Setting up your Billing Information
Visit your clinic settings → Finance header → “Billing”
Add your clinic’s billing address. This may not necessarily be the physical address of your clinic.
Indicate default payment terms, if applicable.
Add your clinic’s tax ID number to appear on invoices
Add your clinic’s banking information and finance contact email, all of which will appear on invoices and allow for patients to complete payments.
Edit quote information to add ease to the processing of quotes.
