Setting up your clinic's billing information

Add your clinic's billing information to the wawa platform.

1. Your Clinic’s Billing Information

Ensure that your clinic’s billing information is properly configured for fast and accurate use of finance functionalities

2. Setting up your Billing Information

  1. Visit your clinic settings → Finance header → “Billing”

  2. Add your clinic’s billing address. This may not necessarily be the physical address of your clinic.

  3. Select whether you choose to allow partial payments of invoices by patients

  4. Add your clinic’s tax ID number to appear on invoices

  5. Add your clinic’s banking information and finance contact email, all of which will appear on invoices and allow for patients to complete payments.

    • If you want the descriptions of billed products to appear on invoices by default, configure this here

  6. Edit invoice and quote information to add ease to their sending to patients
