1. The wawa Patient Web Portal
Patients are able to access some actions and information through the patient web portal on their web browser.
2. How it Works
Access your clinic’s web portal link
Visit a patient’s profile, click the button on the top right of their patient page (it will say either “Connected” or “Invite to connect”), and click “Copy link to patient web portal.”
From here you can share the link with a patient.
Patients input their email address and receive a ‘magic’ log in link for singular and limited time use.
Patients can re-use the web portal access link multiple times, but will need a new email link every time they want to access the portal.

View upcoming appointments
Sign consent documents
Complete surveys
View storage contracts
View and pay invoices
View and act upon quotes
View and respond to messages
