1. Cryostorage Contracts

Use cryostorage contracts to manage payments for your clinic’s cryopreserved genetic material.

2. How it Works

Visit the Cryostorage tab on the left-hand menu → Contracts → and you will be able to view all of your clinic’s cryostorage contracts.

Filter contracts based on upcoming expiration dates, and whether or not there are stored samples associated.

Creating Cryostorage Contracts

  1. Click “Create contract” on the top right of the cryostorage contracts page.

  2. Select the patient to whom you wish to issue the contract

  3. An Invoice number will be generated, or you can choose your own

  4. Indicate the contract start date

  5. Indicate the invoicing strategy – based on the sample(s) or patient

  6. Indicate the years after which the contract expires

  7. Select the sample(s) you wish to connect to the contract

  8. Click “Save”

  9. After this, you can add any additional samples, consents, and files you want connected to the contract

  10. Click “Start contract”

  11. Any relevant consents and invoices will be sent to the patient once the contract is started

Viewing Cryostorage Contracts

To view cryostorage contracts, either click on the relevant contract from the cryostorage contract page, or visit the “Subscriptions” tab of a patient’s page to view all associated recurring payments.

From the cryostorage contract view page, you can edit cryostorage contracts, re-issue or terminate associated invoices, connect additional samples, and attach files. To terminate a contract, select “Terminate” under the invoices section.

Note: To set up the fee amounts associated with your cryostorage, please contact the wawa team!
