Set up your cryostorage invoicing strategies in your clinic settings
Create a Cryostorage Contract
View your cryostorage contracts on the cryostorage > contracts page, or under the “Subscriptions” tab of a patient’s finance overview
From these pages, you can also pause, edit or cancel the subscription
Patients will automatically be invoiced as the subscription occurs in line with your invoicing strategy
Billing for Storage Retroactively
If you would like to issue invoices for past months of storage – for example, backdating an invoice by 5 months for a monthly payment schedule – wawa will issue invoices for any billing periods included in the backdating. In this example, that means the patient would receive 5 invoices for the back-due storage, sent on consecutive days. Read more here.
