cmd + k (mac) or ctrl + k (pc)

This summons the Command Bar of the platform, which allows you to search for any patient from anywhere in the platform – using demographic information such as their name, clinic patient number, or email address.

Using the command bar, you can also summon and insert snippets by typing '.' to summon the list of snippets. Click on one, and it will be inserted wherever your cursor has clicked.

Using the command bar while on a patient's page allows you to quickly navigate and take action across the patient's page. For example, adding a task, adding a note, or creating an invoice.

esc

Want to quickly close a pop-up? Use the esc button to do so.

Note: if you need to save information added in the pop-up, click the "Save" or "Create" button instead of closing the pop-up using the esc button.

Searchable Dropdowns

You can configure dropdown menus to be added in notes and templates. You can click on one, and begin typing the option that you wish to select to quickly bring it up.
