Here are a few things to look out for to make sure that you are able to get connected to your clinic in the app:
When creating your account:
Make sure you are using the email address associated with the clinic
Make sure that you are connected to the correct region
This is the region in which your clinic is located โย if you happen to be located elsewhere
When using the app:
Make sure that there are no lingering updates available for the app
You may have to close and reopen the app for an update prompt to appear
When connecting with the clinic using your connect code via the clinic tab
Ensure that you are using the code sent directly to your email
If you instead connect with a code sent to your partner, you will be connected to their account
Codes can only be used once, so make sure that you are not connecting to your partner's account
If your code has expired, reach out to the clinic and they will be able to share a new code and get you connected!
