To connect to the app:
Create your account
Make sure you are using the email address that you have provided to the clinic
Add a pin for extra security
Make sure that you select the region in which your clinic is located
To edit this after creating your account, visit the account settings by clicking the profile photo in the top left-hand corner of the app
Visit the clinic tab on the bottom right and select that you would like to get connected
Either scan the QR code – if you are in the clinic – or enter the connect code sent to your email by the clinic

To get your partner connected, they will follow the same steps as outlined above! It is important to note that a connect code is unique to each individual person. This means that you cannot use the same code as your partner – this will result either in you being unable to connect, or being connected to your partner's profile instead of your own. Reach out to your clinic if this has happened!
