Patients' accounts need to have an email that is unique across wawa – regardless of whether it is unique to the clinic or not. This means that patients cannot use one email on wawa with Clinic A, then register on wawa with that same email with Clinic B.
In order to manage this, there are two options:
Disconnect from the prior clinic
Patients can request to be disconnected from wawa from their prior clinic. Before doing so, they should make sure all of their information is saved, as they will not be able to reconnect.
Use a fresh email
Patients can provide your clinic with a separate email address in order to keep access to multiple clinics. They will then be able to log out and in to the respective accounts on the app.
