How can patients reach out to the wawa team for technical support?

Patients are able to reach out to the wawa team

Note: we are only able to help patients if they reach out to us directly. We will never reach out to a patient directly without them having initiated contact with us at wawa.

Email: Patients can get in contact with the wawa team through emailing support@wawafertility.com

On the app: Patients can reach out to us through live chat directly on the wawa app by visiting Settings → finding the Legal header → clicking on wawa fertility support.

On the browser: Patients on the online patient portal can get in contact with the wawa team through the blue live chat bubble in the lower-left hand corner — this looks the same as it does for clinicians on your platform.
