When you receive an invoice for a subscription through wawa – for example, recurring cryostorage payment – you have the option to pay through Direct Debit.

Please note – you cannot set up a direct debit on an invoice that has already been paid.

If you would like to pay your subscription automatically, but using a credit card, simply choose to pay your subscription invoice with a card instead of a Direct Debit. It will still be automatic each month.

Before you start: FAQs

You can set up a direct debit for unpaid invoices. In order to set up a direct debit, the invoice needs to be outstanding – this means that you cannot set up a direct debit on an invoice that has already been paid.
