How can I configure working hours for my team?

Care team members can adjust their working hours to be reflected in the calendar.

1. What are Working Hours in wawa?

Working Hours indicate when a care team member is available for booking. These hours are used by the Smart Calendar to offer available time slots for patients or other care team members to book appointments with clinicians.

2. Why are Working Hours useful?

Team members can adjust their working hours to save time when scheduling appointments or meetings, and help optimize your calendars and productivity in the clinic.

3. How does it work?

  • Each team member can define their working hours in the platform

  • Navigate to Settings → My Account → Profile → Working hours

  • Enable / Disable full days or adjust the start and end times for each day.

Note: You have to add hours for every day, even those that you will mark as unavailable.
