View, add, and bill for tests within the wawa platform – all connected to a patient’s account and cycle.
2. How it Works
Configure Tests
Visit clinic settings → Lab Works → Tests
View, edit and delete all pre-existing tests in your platform
Add new test types
Add a name, test code, unit, and turnaround time
Connect the test to a billing product to indicate the cost
You can bill for tests individually as charges
Configure Laboratories
You can view, edit, delete, and add laboratories with which your clinic works under this tab.
Add the laboratory information, including the tests – that you configured as outlined above – that can be ordered to this lab.
Connecting Results to Patients
Manual Reports
Visit the “Observations” tab of the patient’s profile. Click “+ Create manual report.”
Select the test you wish to document, and add the relevant information.
You will be able to view all the patient’s results on this page’s flow sheet, and individual lab reports on the tab to the right of the flow sheet.
Integrations
Have an integration with a lab provider such as The Doctor’s Laboratory? Your lab orders will be pulled into wawa automatically.
