How do I add a new product and price to wawa to invoice for?

Add products and manage price lists in order to ensure accurate and efficient billing.

1. Billing in wawa with Price Lists and Products

Creating Products and Price Lists in the platform opens the door to creating quotes, invoices, and billing patients directly through wawa. Differentiate prices based on billing categories to speed up creating invoices for patients based on their payment category.

2. How it Works:

Create Products

  1. Visit Settings → Price Lists → “Create product”

  2. Create your product. Add a name, description, tax rate, and pricing information. Here, you can also differentiate pricing based on billing category if relevant.

    • To create new billing categories, select “Create billing category” from the price lists page

      • Once these are added, they will appear and be ready to be populated on each product settings page

    • You can now add SKUs to your products – these need to be different for each applied billing category across a product

  3. Add your product to any further action items – for example, the actions shared below
