1. Quotes in the wawa platform
Send quotes for products and services to your patients to share planned treatment costs.
Allow patients to accept or decline a quote, which you can then easily convert to a draft invoice.
2. How it Works
Create a quote from either the Quotes tab of a patient’s page, or the Quotes section of your clinic’s Finance tab.
Populate the quote as required, including the patient’s name, any payment terms, and the line items. Read more about price lists and items for billing here.
You can upload an attachment(s) to a quote in order to, for example, share additional information regarding the expected costs
Once a quote is sent to a patient it cannot be edited.
If you want to edit a quote it must be deleted and remade
Quotes can be turned into draft invoices with the click of a button from the quote’s page. Learn more about invoices here.
You can view all quotes within the Quotes section of the Finance tab, including an overview of their status, patient funding source, and amount.
Patients can view, then decline or accept their quotes directly within the app.
