1. Analytics in the wawa platform
Use the Analytics tab in wawa to get information about your care team members’ and patients’ usage of the platform and app at a glance.
2. How it Works
Visit the Analytics tab from the left-hand menu of the platform.
From the Analytics tab you can view information about the activities occurring in your clinic.
From the Overview tab, you can see a compilation of some commonly enquired about points of analysis, such as the appointment types and distribution of patients per treatment type that are most frequent in your clinic.
Across the Analytics tab you can dive deeper into your clinic’s activities and analytics within the different tabs – for example consent processing, app usage, and chat analytics. Visit the Reports tab to be able to export .csv files of specific reports, such as a cycle list and list of unpaid inoices.
You can filter analytics based on the care team member’s activities – for example understanding the appointment type distribution for a given team member.
Download information from each tab of the Analytics tab by clicking “Export tab as a PDF.” This will generate and download a PDF of the current tab view.
