Adding tags to patient files

Add tags to patient files for easy identification and organization.

How do I add a tag?

  1. Visit the relevant patient's page

  2. Navigate to the "Files" tab from the left-hand menu

  3. Find the individual file to which you wish to add a tag

    • Note: tags cannot be added to folders

  4. Click "Select tag" and choose the relevant tag that you wish to add to associate with the file

Click "All tags" at the top of the Files page to view all of the tags that are available to be applied to files for your patients.

Some files will automatically have tags applied to them – for example consent documents that are automatically saved to the files section will be tagged "Consent."

Note: To add a new tag, reach out to the wawa team and we can help get it sorted!
