We added a cycle to the wrong patient. What should we do?

If you have started a cycle on the wrong patient, you can mark this cycle as Cancelled for administrative error by:

  1. Navigate to the cycle that you wish to cancel

  2. Click "Cycle"

  3. Click "End this cycle"

  4. Click "Cancel cycle"

  5. Indicate the cancellation reason and end date

  6. Click "End cycle"

The cycle will then appear as "Cancelled" on the cycle overview page.
