Mark a cycle as ended when treatment finishes, or cancelled when the cycle does not continue as initially planned.
To end or cancel a cycle:
Navigate to the relevant cycle on the patient's page
Click "Cycle"
Select which option reflects the action you want to take:
To end a cycle
Click "Complete cycle"
Add any relevant information on the pop-up as relates to the cycle, for example adding a cycle outcome or cancelling upcoming appointments
Ensure the start and end dates are correct
Add any notes as relevant
Click "End cycle"
To cancel a cycle
Click "Cancel cycle"
Resolve any actions as necessary, for example gamete fate
Select a reason for the cancellation
Ensure the start and end dates are correct
Add any notes as relevant
Click "End cycle"
On the cycle index page you will be able to see cycles with the following statuses:
Active – cycles that are marked as a patient's active cycle
Completed – cycles that have been ended
Cancelled – cycles that have been cancelled
