There are two ways that you can link a semen sample to a patient's cycle.
You are able to use both methods interchangeably.
From the semen sample page
Navigate to the semen sample's page from the sperm provider's Andrology page
Click on the sample which you wish to link to the patient's cycle
Click "Edit"
Scroll down and find the "Prepare for treatment" header
Click the "Use in cycle" dropdown
Select the relevant cycle
The cycles that will appear will be those that are associated with the partner/designated user of the sperm provider's semen samples
From the Gametes page
Visit the gametes page of a patient's cycle
Find the sperm provider header
Connect the relevant provider
Click "+ Link sample"
Select the relevant sample
To link a semen sample to a cryostorage record, navigate to the relevant record, scroll to the bottom and find the Attachments header, and click "Attach semen analysis." This will enable semen analysis information related to a cycle containing thawed semen to appear on the cycle report.
