The Health Information Tab on a patient's profile is where you can record their previous health and fertility information on wawa, and view or download flow sheets and charts with any historical information in wawa.
The Health Information Tab is located on a patient's profile, under the "Practical" header on the left-hand menu.
Health Reports
In the Health Reports page you have the option to record information including the patient's vitals, menstrual history, lifestyle records and more.
To add information to a section, click "Add record" to the right of the title.
Clicking "Update" or "Add record" will update or add an additional record to the relevant section. All past records are available to view historically on the Flow Sheet tab.
To change the units on the Health Information Page, navigate to Settings > Patient Chart > Units
Flow Sheet
The Flow Sheets page shows the historical inputs from the health information page in a table format. From this tab, click "View Report" to see each column in more detail.
Charts
The Charts page shows a selection of records in a line chart format. On this tab you can see each of the shown records' points as it evolves over time .
