Session timeout

When logging in to your account:

  • Select remember me: you will remain logged in. Only use this option on a private, individual computer.

  • Do not select remember me: you will be logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Please reach out to the wawa team if you would like to request a universal inactivity log-out period for your clinic.

Two-factor authentication

You will need to have a two-factor authentication app downloaded on your phone.

In order to enable two-factor authentication on your individual wawa account:

  1. Visit the settings page

  2. Click on the "Security" page under the My account header

  3. Click the "Enable two-factor authentication" button

  4. Download, print, or copy your recovery codes that are shown on the next screen

  5. Scan the QR code on the screen using your two-factor authentication app

  6. Click "Verify"

You will now be requested to enter a code from the app when logging into the platform.
