How to view and add a saved payment method

You can view, add and edit your payment methods directly on the online patient portal.

Note: This is only available with certain clinics. If you do not see this option on your patient portal, please reach out to your clinic directly for support on your invoices and payments.

Payment methods saved on your wawa account can be associated with recurring payments, for example storage payments, and managed directly on your browser.

To view and manage your saved payment methods:

  1. Navigate to, and log into, the online patient portal

    • The link to the portal can be found on your invoice and other emails

  2. Hover over the three dots to the right of your name and profile picture
    ​

  3. Select the "Payment Methods" option from the dropdown

    • Click "+ Add Payment Method" to add a new payment method

      • You will be directed to a payment page where you can add your card or direct debit details

      • Please note that a Β£0.10 authorization fee will be charged to validate the payment method, which will be then be returned to the payment method

      • Please note that your outstanding subscription payments will be processed directly after adding your payment method

        • This amount can be viewed on the "Payment Methods" page

    • You can edit and remove saved payment methods from the "Payment Methods" tab as necessary
