1. What are NPS Reviews?
NPS reviews are an easy way for you to collect feedback from patients and ask happy patients for a review. In wawa you can send out NPS reviews automatically at pre-defined times, e.g. after an egg collection, or after a treatment has ended.
2. Why are they useful?
Feedback from patients is incredibly valuable, and we have made it simple for you to collect automatically.
Automatically asking happy patients to leave, e.g. a Google Review, helps boost your clinic's ratings, which in turn drives positive word of mouth.
3. How do they work?
You can enable and edit automatic NPS surveys in the Communications tab in Settings. See screenshot below.
You can decide when a patient should receive their NPS survey. For example, 48 hours after an Egg Collection calendar event.
See an example of the survey below. This will be branded with your logo and colours.
View the results in the wawa Analytics tab.
Patients who leave a 7 or below are asked to leave a comment that’s internal only.
Patients who leave an 8 or above are asked to leave a review on a website of your choice.
