1. Cycle Types in the wawa platform

Adding cycle types allows you to indicate which type of treatment cycle your patients are in, and customise the naming of cycle types and associated protocols to serve your clinic best.

Scroll to the bottom of this page for a full video walkthrough.

2. How it Works

Note: To edit cycle types, you must have admin permissions

Create Cycle Types

  1. Navigate to Settings → Cycles

  2. Review the standard cycle types offered in wawa, and edit or disable them if you like

  3. To add new, select “Add cycle type” and input the name of the cycle type and any protocol names

Options: Add or edit options via the “Options” tab, for example: PGT-A, EmbryoGlue, or other common cycle add-ons

What can you do with Cycle Types?

  • Visit a patient’s page → All Cycles → “Start new cycle” to indicate the start of your new Cycle Type for a patient

  • Edit patient’s cycles from their patient page, and update cycle options from their “Active cycle” tab if necessary
