1. Onboarding a Patient to the wawa app
Once a patient has their profile created in the wawa platform you can invite them to get connected to the app!
Visit the patient’s page
Click the “Invite to connect” button in the upper right of the screen
Inviting to the App: Click “Invite to app” or “Reinvite to app”
After downloading the app, patients can scan the QR code
Send them an invitation email by clicking “Send them an email invitation instead” at the bottom left of the invitation pop-up
Sharing the Web Portal link: the link to the patient web portal can be found by clicking “Copy link to patient web portal”
View whether a patient is already connected to the app in the upper right of the screen.
Disconnect from the App: Click “remove app access”
Share the Web Portal link, even if the patient is connected to the app

2. Help for Patients when Connecting
When connecting to the app, patients should make sure they are:
Using the same email address as the one associated with their patient profile
Using the code sent to their email, not their partner’s
Selecting the right region – this is the region of the clinic, not their home (if different)
