Marking gametes as shipped to other facilities
Find the sample you would like to ship on the Cryostorage > 'Samples' page
Click on the sample
Find the "Sample breakdown" header – you will see the relevant storage device(s) listed here
Find the relevant device
Click on the "Actions" button on the right on the device
Click "Ship"
Add the shipment details
Indicate whether the shipment is a domestic or international transfer
If a domestic transfer, the country selection will be locked on the country indicated in your clinic settings
Indicate when and by whom the shipment was initiated
Indicate the receiving clinic
For some countries you will choose from a dropdown (for example the UK – all HFEA licensed clinics will appear)
Add the courier information
Add any relevant notes
Viewing shipment information
Once you confirm the export information, the status next to the device will change to "Shipped."
Click "View details" and you will be able to see the export information for the device.
