When are wawa Platform Fees deducted when using Adyen in wawa?

The wawa platform fee with Adyen is deducted before the money hits your bank account – it is deducted on the Adyen balance account.

When are Adyen Processing Fees applied?

As soon as a card transaction is made – the processing fees from Adyen are subtracted from the payment, at the moment of payment.

Will I receive payouts to our account on the same day as the payment or issuance of invoices?

No. You may notice that when you look on the platform and filter for invoices or transactions for a certain day, that the amount received will likely not match the amount received in your bank. This is due to processing time from the card issuer, Adyen, and receiving banks. The relevant transactions can be matched with report downloads from wawa.

How can I connect transactions and payouts to my bank payouts for reconciliation?

Each payout report is generated for each corresponding bank transfer (bulk of payments) in finance by: find the day of transfer to your bank finance details reports and download.

In the "PSP Payment Merchant Reference" column, the PSP number corresponds to the transaction from the patient. You can also see this under finance transactions ID # for individual transactions.

The "Balance (PC)" column, filtered on "Seller split" denotes the payout to your clinic, minus fees.

The "Description" denotes "seller split/payment fee" or Adyen payment fees minus the wawa platform fee.

When are refund fees to wawa taken?

Refund fees from the clinic to wawa are taken from your next payout following the issuance of the invoice.
