Getting Started
After completing the KYC (know-your-customer) process with wawa and working with our team to configure your Adyen integration, you will be ready to start using your terminal in the clinic and accepting payments.
Receiving your Terminal
When you receive your terminal, it will have been configured and connected by the wawa team. Here is what to do from your end:
Unbox the terminal. You will receive the device, and a charging cord.
Charge the terminal. Using the charging cord you have received, charge the terminal — the battery may have been depleted in shipping.
Turn on the terminal. Once the terminal has some charge in it, turn on the terminal. If you see your logo on the screen, that means the terminal is ready to start accepting payments!
Test it out. You can test sending payments to the terminal, and receiving payments through in-person card transactions from a test patient's account. Note that you cannot send less than 1 USD/EUR to the card terminal, this will cause an error.
Please reach out to the wawa team if you have any questions, or would like additional support in getting started with your terminal.
