Within the Transactions section of Finance tab of the wawa platform, you can use the following filters:
Payments only: when you select this checkbox, refunds or other non-payment transactions will be excluded from the overview
Select payment methods: indicate the payment method(s) by which you wish to filter the overview
Select patient: allows you to view transactions filtered by each patient – viewing by patient on the transaction page rather than the patient page allows you to apply additional filters on top
Select date range: filter by a range of dates – or by a single date by clicking on the desired date twice (as both the start and end of the range)
You can also filter by payment method from the subscriptions page, which allows you to view subscriptions with no payment method, and with cards or direct debits set up as the recurring payment method.
