Note: In order to take these actions, you need to have embryology admin permissions.
Fertilized: Click on the fertilization method under the "Fertilization" heading on the Culture page. You can then click "Delete fertilization" which will rollback the entire fertilization. Note: this includes all gametes in the fertilization instance – not just the one you selected.
Thawed: From a cryostored sample's page, you are able to select "Undo thaw" for any device(s) marked incorrectly as thawed.
Frozen: From a cryostored sample's page, you are able to select "Delete" in order to delete the freeze record from the cryostore.
