If an embryo is marked incorrectly as transferred for a patient, you can edit this on the Culture page of the patient's active cycle.
How do I edit this?
Navigate to the patient's active cycle → Culture
Identify the embryo(s) that has been marked as transferred (they will be highlighted in green)
Click the text "Transferred" that is highlighted in blue under 'Fate' for this embryo(s)
Within the box indicating the transferred embryo(s) on the embryo transfer report, you can then remove/add samples that are within the patient's culture page for this cycle
