Note: Only users with the Embryology Admin role are able to take action to undo thaws and discards.
How do I do this?
Learn how to thaw or discard an embryo.
When a sample has been marked as thawed or discarded in error:
Navigate to the sample that needs to be actioned upon in the cryostorage tab
Under "Actions" to the right of the sample, where you can click "Undo Thaw/Discard"
The page will refresh itself, and it will be marked as Frozen again
Undos will be marked as "rollbacks" in the platform Activity Feed.
