How do I document a sample as discarded?

Visit the culture page on the patient's active cycle from their profile

Select the checkbox to the left of the relevant oocyte/embryo(s), then click "Discard"

Visit the relevant semen sample from the cryostorage page

Navigate down to the relevant device under the "Sample breakdown" header

Click "Actions" on the right-hand side

Click "Discard" to mark the contents of the indicated device as discarded
