How to mark a sample as Thawed:
Locate the sample – this can be easily done by the cryostorage tab where you can search based on the patient ID number, as well as directly through the patient's profile
Click "Thaw" in the lower right hand corner of the sample details page
If you are unable to click this button, it means that the sample in unavailable to be thawed – for example it already has been fully thawed
Indicate the reason, the time of thaw, and the other relevant information in the pop-up window
Select which device(s) you would like to thaw
Click "Save"
Want to refreeze a sample? Do so as the first time it was frozen!
