What this card shows
The Cycles completed card shows a single number: how many treatment cycles that started in the selected time period have since been completed. It is a quick measure of throughput, useful for tracking how many of your clinic's cycles are being brought to a close.
Only cycles marked as completed are counted. Cycles that are still active, or that were canceled, are not included.
Reading the card
The time window applies to each cycle's start date, so the number counts cycles that started in the selected window and have since been completed. By default that window is the previous 12 months plus the current month.
A cycle is counted once it has been marked complete on the patient's Cycle page.
Because the window is based on when cycles started, a cycle completed recently but started before the window will not appear.
The card lives on the Operations Dashboard and responds to the filters at the top of it:
Date Range: change the time window.
Clinic: focus on one or more locations, if your organization has several.
Where this data comes from
A cycle counts here once staff mark it as complete. On the patient's Cycle page, the Complete action closes the cycle and records its end date. From that point the cycle is counted as completed.
Completing cycles promptly, rather than leaving finished cycles open, keeps this number an accurate reflection of your clinic's activity.
Opening this card
In wawa, open Insights from the sidebar, then go to Standard Reports → Clinic operations → Operations Dashboard. The Cycles completed card is on the dashboard.
