What this card shows
The No result rate by month card shows the share of biopsied embryos the genetics laboratory could not produce a result for. A no result is a test that was attempted and yielded nothing usable, on an embryo that has already been biopsied.
There are two lines:
No result rate (%): the month's rate.
Awaiting result (%): the share of that month's embryos still with the genetics laboratory, shown as a dotted line.
Reading the card
The denominator is every embryo biopsied that month, including the ones still awaiting a result. That is deliberate, and it is the single most important thing to know about this card.
It means a recent month's rate starts low and rises as results arrive. Embryos that have not come back yet sit in the denominator without being able to contribute to the numerator, which holds the rate down. The dotted Awaiting result (%) line is plotted alongside for exactly that reason: it tells you how much of the month is still outstanding, and therefore how much the solid line can still move.
Read the two together. A month with a low no result rate and a tall Awaiting result line is not a good month yet, it is an unfinished one. A month where the dotted line has fallen to the floor is settled, and its rate can be taken at face value.
Note that this denominator is not the one the Combined mosaic rate by month card uses. That card counts only embryos with a result returned, because an embryo still awaiting its result cannot yet be called mosaic. The two differ on purpose, and each is stated on its own card.

A no result is not a missing entry. It is an explicit outcome the laboratory reported, and recording it is what keeps this measure honest.
The card sits on the PGT KPIs dashboard, on the PGT outcomes tab, and responds to the filters at the top:
Biopsy date: the time window. It scopes by the date the biopsy request was raised, and starts on the past 6 months plus the current month.
Embryologist (biopsy): pick one practitioner to see only their rate. This chart answers one practitioner at a time; the Embryologist summary table lower down the tab compares everyone at once.
Destination lab: the genetics laboratory the request was sent to for analysis. Laboratories do not all apply the same result definitions, so pick one to compare like with like; requests migrated from a previous system mostly carry no laboratory and drop out when you do.
Test types: keep only embryos whose request was sent for a particular test.
Clinic (patient's cycle location): focus on one or more of your locations.
Two things worth knowing about how the months and the clinic are decided:
Each embryo falls in the month its biopsy request was raised, not the month its result arrived. wawa does not record the date a result came back.
Clinic (patient's cycle location) is the clinic the patient's cycle belongs to, not the laboratory that carried out the biopsy. wawa records the laboratory a request was sent to for analysis, which is the Destination lab filter, but not which laboratory performed the biopsy itself.
Biopsy requests migrated from a previous system carry no embryologist, so they are counted here but disappear as soon as you pick a name in the Embryologist (biopsy) filter.
Where this data comes from
Both lines are counted from the Chromosomal status recorded against each embryo on its biopsy record. A status of No result is the numerator; an embryo with no status entered yet is what the dotted line counts.
Entering results promptly, including the ones that came back with no result, is what lets a recent month settle. An embryo whose result is never entered stays on the Awaiting result line indefinitely and keeps that month's rate artificially low.
Opening this card
In wawa, open Insights from the sidebar, then go to Standard Reports → Laboratory Performance - Biopsies/PGT → PGT KPIs. Select the PGT outcomes tab. The No result rate by month card is the lower left of the four charts at the top of the tab.
