To navigate to the cryostorage inventory tool, visit the Cryostorage section of the platform → find the Inventory tab under the "Activity" header in the left-hand menu.
On the Inventory page, use the dropdown to indicate the time period by which you wish to see inventory counts grouped — by week, month, or year. Additionally, indicate whether you would like grouping by sample or by device.
Once you have picked your desired time period as indicated above, use the year, month, or week dropdown to indicate the specific time period for which you wish to see data sorted.
Once you had indicated what you would like to see displayed based on the filters as described above, you will see all samples in your cryostorage inventory for this period separated by sample type (oocytes, sperm, embryos) and grouped in rows by use status per sample, for example: oocytes donated to bank, oocytes own use, and oocytes not suitable.
Each column in the inventory overview shows a count of the activity that was taken on the samples. These activities relate to:
Imports/exports
Samples frozen/thawed
Samples discarded
Reservations approved/rejected
To download information related to your cryostore inventory, click the "export CSV" button in the top right-hand corner of the inventory page.
